- Dave Added August 12, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆First off. The guy at the counter has always been generally friendly and nice.
But tonight another one I hadn’t seen before (glasses, greying hair, accent and a bandaged hand) decided to accuse me of stealing petrol. I’d gone in to pay and when I came back out he was tidying the pumps and moved on to the one in front of me. When I got back in the car he stood in front of me for a short while then walked up to my car, placed his hand on the bonnet, and started asking me where I was going. When I told him I was going home he started asking if I’d paid for the fuel (he must have seen me return to the unoccupied car given he was right next to it) and further seemed disbelieving until he walked to the cashier to verify as I left.
This place was generally pretty good but this experience has made me decide never to return, it’s not like a servo station is a rare sight in the city.
